Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350
- mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a good blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- stir in the 2/3 cup chocolate chips into the batter
- spread batter evenly in a 9-by-13-inch pan and gently press in chocolate chips on the top
- bake for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
