Ingredients
  • 1 can rinsed black beans
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp peanut but
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 450ยบ.
  2. Dry beans after rinsing on a paper towel.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ingredients to make the patties. You can also do this in a food processor
  4. Chill patties in fridge for 30-45 minutes (or 15 minutes in freezer if you don't have time). Now is a good time to prepare toppings and fries.
  5. Bake patties and bacon for 20-30 minutes (I baked the fries at the same time).
  6. Assemble burgers and devour them
